Avraham Grant: "Manor Solomon was a star at Maccabi Tel Aviv, in Shakhtar he is another bench player"
The coach was interviewed in Ukraine before the meeting between the two on Thursday: "Shakhtar is better, her players are better. Solomon? We need to play more, but he has a rosy future."

After a long wait, this coming Thursday, Maccabi Tel Aviv returns to Europe with the first of two games against Shakhtar Donetsk in the last 32 stages of the Europa League.
The Yellows are in excellent shape with nine wins from the last ten games while the Ukrainians have won only once in the last five games.
Just before the intriguing meeting, coach Avraham Grant spoke in Ukraine about the teams' chances and of course referred to Shakhtar's Israeli winger, Manor Solomon.
"Israelis know Shakhtar well because Manor plays there," Grant told media in Ukraine.
"Despite this, this is not the only reason. In recent years, Khattar has been an integral part of the Champions League, so the Israelis, who are very fond of football, know it well."

"Manor is a very nice guy, he's a real pro," Grant added.
"He is very talented and excellent with the ball and very smart despite his young age. I think he has a bright future ahead of him, although I think he should play more. If he had played for Maccabi Tel Aviv he would have been a star, while in Shakhtar he is a bench player."
In conclusion, the coach talked about the chances of each of the teams: "Shakhtar has better players and therefore its chances of moving are greater than those of Maccabi Tel Aviv. Despite this, Maccabi is an organized and orderly team and it will be interesting.
