West Ham's 0-3 win over Sheffield United (Sport 1)
The 24th round of the Premier League came to an end tonight (Monday) when Chelsea beat Newcastle 0: 2 and moved up to fourth place.
The Blues continued their recovery under Thomas Tuchel with a fourth straight win in all competitions and they look very good, eight days before the Champions League game against Atletico Madrid.
It’s hard to say similar things about the Magpies, who returned to the ground after a 2-3 draw at Southampton last week and will be hosted by Manchester United in the next round in an attempt to escape from the bottom.
In the 20th minute, Olivier Giroud got off the bench and replaced the injured Tami Avraham, 11 minutes later he found the net and celebrated his tenth goal of the season, and the 90th in the English league.
In the 39th minute, the disappointing Timo Werner interrupted in the form of 100 days and close to 1.00 minutes and set the final result.
