Spaniard Rafael Nadal qualified for the quarter-finals at the Australian Open tennis tournament, after defeating Italian rival Fabio Fonini by three sets without a response.
The 34-year-old Spanish star decided the match in his favor in three groups without a response by 6-3, 6-4 and 6-2 in two hours and 16 minutes.
And Nadal will meet in the next round with the Greek Stephanos Tsitsipas, who qualified after the withdrawal of his opponent in the final round of Italian Matteo Bertini.
