Al-Somah, who plays with Saudi Al-Ahly, came third in the referendum for the award for the best player in the Arab leagues, after the Tunisian Ali Maaloul “Al-Ahly Al-Masry” and the Algerian Bounajah “The Qatari Dam”, so Moroccan Sufian Rahimi “Raja Casablanca” came fourth and Saudi Salem Al-Dosari “Al-Hilal” fifth.

The Egyptian Mohamed Salah Liverpool of England won first place in the award for the best Arab players in the world leagues, followed by the Algerian Riyad Mahrez, “Manchester City of England”, then Moroccan Ashraf Hakimi “Inter Milan Italian”, Moroccan Yassin Bono “Seville the Spanish” and Algerian Ismail bin Nasser “Milan” of Italy.

At the club level, first came the Egyptian Al-Ahly club, followed by the Saudi Al-Hilal club, and then the Egyptian club Zamalek.
