"The Barcelona players themselves have already told me it's over after Edinson Cavani's goal," Marco Verratti admitted in despair after finishing wiping away tears at the Camp Nou.
"To concede three goals in the last seven minutes ... I can not find an explanation for that. It is a game I will never forget. I hope it will serve as a lesson to us all."
Nearly four years after that traumatic evening - the Barcelona remontade, which erased a 4-0 deficit from the game at the Parc de France and qualified for the Champions League quarter-finals with an unparalleled historic and dramatic 1-6 rematch - Paris Saint-Germain returns in the quarter-finals to the crime scene.
This time it is the first game, this time 90,000 fans will not stand in front of it and the game star Neymar has already had time to switch sides (and will be absent due to injury).
But the memory is still fresh.
Contrary to many predictions, the discrimination did not dismantle PSG's Qatari project.

The oldest player on PSG's current squad, one of the first to join in the Qatari era, collapsed at Camp Nou, and not for the first time for him in Money Time.
The energetic Italian was supposed to relieve the pressure of Barcelona by moving a smart ball, but found it difficult to share dedication and dictate the pace of the game as usual.

One of the standouts of the first game, scoring the second goal in 0: 4 in Paris, disappeared completely in the reciprocal. Draxler was placed on the left side of the link and was supposed to assist Korzaba defensively, but picked up an early yellow and barely contributed until he was replaced in the 75th minute. At least he, unlike his teammates, came out at a stage when PSG still held a ticket to the quarterfinals.
"This is a game we can not erase," he admitted in an interview three weeks after the collapse at Camp Nou. "After the 1: 3 we were sure we were on, I could not imagine such a scenario. Only players like Neymar and Messi can score three goals in seven minutes. Everyone in Germany asked me what happened to us, and I said we were just bad.
