The 3: 3 (0: 2) of FC Bayern Munich against Arminia Bielefeld on Monday evening was already the seventh draw on this match day of the Bundesliga.

As can be seen from the surveys of the data service provider Opta, the Bundesliga record of seven draws on one game day was set.

A total of three games on the 21st matchday had previously ended 0-0, one encounter ended 1: 1, two duels 2: 2.

The last time there were seven draws on matchday 20 of the 1998/99 season.

At the end of February 1999, five games ended 0-0, which at the same time led to the setting of the minus record of eleven matchday hits.

Two games ended 1-1.

At that time only the 4: 0 of FC Bayern at FC Hansa Rostock and the 3: 0 of Borussia Dortmund against 1. FC Nürnberg were out of the ordinary.
