The Washington Wizards and Danny Abdia recorded a third straight victory tonight (Wednesday-Thursday), after defeating the Denver Nuggets 128: 130 at the end of a tremendous drama in the capital.

With just a few seconds to go, Washington's big star and leading scorer in the league, Bradley Bill (25 points and 10 assists), squeezed an offense and scored twice from the line, leaving only 0.1 seconds left on the clock, leaving the Nuggets with no chance.

The Wizards, and not for the first time this season, managed to erase a significant lag, after returning from minus 20 at the end of the first quarter, 41:21.

The hosts recorded an amazing second quarter in which they scored 49 points, and in the end led 64:70 thanks to a three by center Alex Len with the buzzer.

In the third quarter Washington maintained the lead and at the end the result was 93: 100 to the credit of Scott Brooks' team.

By the decisive quarter Washington had already climbed to a 13-point lead (108: 121, 04:39 minutes to go), but then the Nuggets recorded their own comeback.

A three by Jamal Marie (35 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists) set 128: 128 2.1 seconds to go.

Washington took a timeout, and the ball went to Bill who entered the basket aggressively as he knows, squeezed an offense and scored twice, 128: 130 setting the Wizards a 17: 9 balance.

Although Russell Westbrook recorded a triple-double (12 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists) but scored a bad percentage from the field (5/15). 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals).

Washington's next game will be on Saturday night, when they meet the Portland Trailblazers (5:00 a.m. Israel time) as part of the opening of the West Coast away games tour.
