The Israeli team will meet Romania tonight (Friday) as part of the European Championship qualifiers, after having already secured its qualification for the tournament in the previous window.
Now Oded Katash's players, perhaps in one of his last games as national team coach, want to secure first place in the qualifiers, and that will happen if they beat the opponent in a game held in a bubble in Gilwice, Poland.
Following a blow of injuries and illnesses, Israel appears in a different squad with half of the squad players having a particularly short international experience.
Noam Dovrat and Spencer Weiss will make their national uniform appearances, Roman Sorkin and Ben Carter the second appearance, Yam Madar the fifth, when in the first two he did not get on the field, and Adam Ariel the tenth.
