Two weeks ago there were still seven points, after the bankruptcy against Eintracht Munich's lead could shrink considerably. Mönchengladbach lost game one after the announcement of the departure of coach Marco Rose.

FC Bayern left points for the second time in a row.

After the 3: 3 in Bielefeld last match day, the Bundesliga leaders now lost at Eintracht Frankfurt and did not make a good impression, especially in the first half.

Early in the game, the unity of Amin Younes and Filip Kostic combined over the left side into the penalty area, after Kostic's preparatory work, Daichi Kamada scored 1-0 (12th).

The second goal was wonderful to watch: Younes was not attacked in the penalty area by Bayern's Niklas Süle, so he lowered his eyes, took aim at the ball and shot it into the corner (31st).

Younes celebrated his dream goal by presenting a t-shirt with the imprint »#saytheirnames«, reminding of the victims of the racist terrorist attack in Hanau.

It was only after the 2-0 win that Bayern came to their first dangerous deals, and shortly after the break they made the connection after Leroy Sané dribbled through Frankfurt's penalty area and served Robert Lewandowski (53rd).

But Bayern did not make enough of their new superiority to avoid defeat.

Eintracht must therefore be counted among the top teams in the league.

The success was the ninth victory from the last ten league games, Frankfurt is fourth.

The Munich team (seven wins in the same period) remain first.

But: pursuers RB Leipzig, currently five points behind the Munich team, will compete at Hertha BSC on Sunday (3:30 p.m.; TV: Sky) and can reduce the gap to two points with a win.

Borussia lost game one after the announcement of the departure of Marco Rose.

Karim Onisiwo scored a wonderful goal for the outsider when he let a long ball come up twice in the Gladbach penalty area and then shot into the far corner from the air, the ball bounced into the goal from the inside post, Matthias Ginter did not cut a good figure (10th) .

Later, Ádam Szálái narrowly missed the possible 2-0 - and almost in return Lars Stindl scored after a presentation by Jonas Hofmann to equalize (26th).

Later it was the Gladbachers who seemed closer to the second goal and inflamed considerable pressure against increasingly defensive Mainz.

The goal fell on the other side just before the end when Kevin Stöger secured the away win from a tight angle (86th).

Mainz is developing into a favorite scare.

The table penultimate had already scored points in Dortmund and Leverkusen in the past few weeks and won against Leipzig and Union.

After the win against Gladbach, 05 remains penultimate, but the gap to the relegation place is only one point.

Borussia is eighth and threatens to miss the connection to the European Cup.

In the first half of the season Union was the surprise team, but recently the team was in a low.

At SC Freiburg, the Berliners managed to win again after five games in a row.

Grischa Prömel scored the only goal of the game (64th).

This means that the Union can continue to hope for qualification for the European Cup.

The gap to Leverkusen is three points.

Freiburg is ninth.

Stuttgart has won again after three games without a win.

In Cologne, a header from Sasa Kalajdzic was enough

according to a standard for three points.

Which was also due to the fact that both teams found it very difficult to create clear scoring opportunities.

9:10 was the score on goal after 90 minutes.

VfB remains tenth in the table, FC are in 14th place, but could be ousted by Hertha BSC on Sunday.
