The Norwegian Sebastian Foss-Solevag won the slalom of the World Ski Championships in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

He is ahead of compatriot Adrian Pertl by 0''21 and his compatriot Henrik Kristoffersen by 0''46.

Alexis Pinturault, first Frenchman in the standings, took 7th place (at 1''50) but the big disappointment came from Clément Noël, fifth in the first round but victim of a fall in the middle of the track in the second.
