The Washington Wizards defeated the Portland Trail Blazers 111: 118 this morning (Sunday) and extended their winning streak to four, the second-longest streak in the NBA after Brooklyn (5).

Danny Abdia recorded another weak game after not opening in a five by Scott Brooks, playing just 11 minutes in which he picked up one shot from the field (and scored it).

The Israeli rookie finished the game with only 2 points and 3 rebounds.

In the last three games Abdia has scored 10 points in total and his role in the coach's rotation seems to be becoming less and less significant as the season progresses.

The Wizards' official Hebrew account looked for the bright spots in Abdia's game and noted his defensive ability in the fourth quarter.

Danny in the fourth quarter: 3 excellent defensive closures - the first on Trent which also led to his basket and later against Lillard and again Trent.

The standouts in the game were Bradley Bill (37 points) in his first game since being selected as a starting player in the All-Star NBA.

Russell Westbrook was great with an eighth triple double in the Wizards uniform in his 20th game for the team, and overtook John Wall, who for all his years in the franchise recorded seven of those.

Russell is missing another 7 to equal Darl Walker, who holds the club record (15) and it's hard to believe he's not going to make it any time soon.

At the end of the game, coach Brooks complimented Isaac Bonga and Roy Hachimura on what he said to the team in the locker room.

"Don't get tired of this!"
