After the loss in the middle of last week to Dortmund in the Champions League, where tonight (Monday) Sevilla returned to the Spanish league and defeated Osasuna 0: 2 away in a game that closed the 24th round.
In doing so, the Andalusians returned to third place at the expense of Barcelona who finished 1-1, with Cadiz four points away from second-placed Real Madrid and seven points ahead of Atletico Madrid at the top.
Diego Carlos scored first for Jolan Luftaghi's team in the 19th minute from Joan Jordan's header.
Sevilla's second came four minutes into the second half, when Munir found Luc de Jong who doubled the visitors' advantage.
From here the air has already come out of the sails of Osasuna, which is recording a home loss.
Sevilla with a fifth consecutive league victory.

* England: In a game that closed the 25th round of the Premier League, Crystal Palace beat Brighton 1: 2 away from home from a dramatic goal by Christian Benteke, five minutes into extra time.
The visitors led 0: 1 from a goal by Philip Mattata in the 28th minute, but absorbed the equalizer from Joel Waltman in the second half (55).
When it seemed that both teams would settle for one point each, the Belgian arrived and won the London game in the most dramatic way possible.
