The 14th round of the Women's Premier League tonight (Monday) provided a big surprise when Elitzur Ramla lost its perfect balance after a 75:74 loss to Maccabi Haifa. The leader's 13-win streak came to an end, with the Greens doing their part and being precise from the line in moments of truth. Nike Coffee excelled with 23 points and 11 rebounds, Tiana Moldero added 21 and 12 rebounds. On the other hand, 25 of Tiffany Mitchell were not enough for Ramla.
Elitzur Holon defeated A.S. Ramat Hasharon missed 76:81 with 27 points by Sequoia Holmes, Shay Kelly added 21 and Chelsea Hopkins 20. Shai Doron settled for 6. Eliana Coates finished with 23 and 21 rebounds on the other side.
Like Ramat Hasharon, Maccabi Raanana also stabilized with only two foreigners and also lost - 85:78 to the Herzliya girls, who received 30 points from Marina Maveri and 23 from Victoria McCauley. Kayla Davis led Raanana with 28 points and 14 rebounds.
