If you are going to walk 3 km, you do not need a doctor's advice.

You have to go very gradually to avoid the risks.

Is it dangerous to go back to sport?

It is not sport that is dangerous.

What is and which kills today in France just as much as tobacco is sedentary lifestyle.

Moving and practicing physical activity according to your desire, your abilities and your lifestyle can save you rather than the other way around.

Sport can be a medicine and a sedentary lifestyle is a scourge.

No need for a medical consultation to adopt a more active lifestyle.

You don't have to hold hands to go for a walk or a few push-ups in your room.

Sport should not be a constraint.

Moving even a little bit is always better than not moving at all.

If you sit all day at your desk, you must take a break, every hour and a half or every two hours.

You have to get up and take a few steps around the room, relax your muscles.
