While the Football Leagues Administration is holding discussions with government leaders and the Ministry of Health on the outline for returning the audience to Israeli football, industry officials are expressing their opinion on the issue.
The person who decided today to issue a statement on the subject is the owner of Maccabi Netanya, Eyal Segal.
"Israeli football has suffered countless blows over the past year, from cessation of activity to the total shutdown of all leagues, from adults to youth and children's teams and especially the complete exclusion of the crowd," he wrote. "Throughout, we have maintained guidelines to set a personal example to the public and fans. "In particular, so with vaccines, when all the staff members up to the players of the senior team on its wide capsule, we were vaccinated with the first vaccine and most of them were already vaccinated with the second vaccine," he added.
The powerful man at Diamonds also wrote: "Despite the strictness and full cooperation on our part, there is clear discrimination in the decision on the number of fans, vaccinated (!) That can be put in the stands in the open air, just to create the illusion of equality in front of the shows and events in closed halls. "For whom the game is played, an entire generation of fans growing up these days may miss the experience only as a result of misjudgment. We demand that football fans be returned to the pitches and improvised!"
