The Slovenian's two clutch threes drew compliments and comparisons from the Dallas coach: "Like Michael, Kobe and Byrd, it's hard to explain how his brain works. He's just special."

Luka Doncic once again proves that he is the real thing.
The Slovenian prodigy provided another impressive money-time display tonight (Tuesday-Wednesday), helping Dallas beat Boston 107-110 after a dramatic finish.
The Mavericks led by 11 points deep within the final quarter, but did not score for three consecutive minutes, and saw the Celtics return to the game and complete a makeover.
It was the signal for Doncic, who sniped two big threes - one in a typical step-back that shifted the lead to Dallas with 15 seconds left, and another with a tenth of a second left on the clock, with two players on the face, from close to 9 yards.
"Players like Luca, like Jordan, like LeBron James, Larry Byrd, Kobe Bryant - they winked at a different material. In situations like this, they're at the peak of focus. It's hard to explain how their brains work," Dallas coach Rick Carlisle praised.
"Luca belongs to a rare breed in front of players. Apart from his phenomenal ability to concentrate in stressful situations, he also has the passion and all the other tools. He is just special."

Luca finished with 31 points, 10 rebounds and 8 rebounds, and said at the end of the last shot: "It felt good when the ball went out of hand. I felt a little tired in the last minutes, but the balls came in, and that's all that matters."
Even in Boston India there was not much to do to prevent Doncic from winning the game.
"The last three was delusional. Kamba Walker was close to him, Arun Neismith was really close. I'm not going to be tough on these guys just because Luca scored shots like that at them."
