Bayern Munich player Jamal Musiala achieved a record in the Champions League after scoring a goal against Lazio in the first leg of the 16th round of the Champions League, to become the youngest English player to score in the history of the competition.
According to Opta Numbers and Statistics Network, Jamal Musiala became the youngest English player to score in the history of the oldest European competition at the age of 17 years.
Musiala had previously set a record in the German league, becoming the youngest goalscorer to score in Bayern's history in the German league with a goal against Schalke at the age of 17.
