No new case of Covid-19 has been revealed in the ranks of the XV of France, after a new series of RT-PCR tests carried out on Thursday, the French Rugby Federation announced on Friday.
Despite this good news on the epidemic front, the cancellation of the France-Scotland match is maintained.
The 31 French players began "to return to their homes by individual transport," said the FFR.
With the revelation of a new positive case on Thursday morning - undoubtedly the Rochelais pillar Uini Atonio, as revealed by Bernard Laporte -, the Six Nations committee, organizer of the eponymous Tournament, had no other choice but to postpone the shock match of the 3rd day scheduled at the Stade de France on Sunday at 4 p.m.
