A beautiful victory for Washington.

The Wizards finished this morning (Friday) a very successful four-game campaign in the West, with a 110: 112 win over the powerful Denver.

The Wizards, who stopped against the Clippers after five straight wins, came back to win, with Danny Abdia no longer a factor on offense and finishing with just 2 points and 2 rebounds in 20 minutes.

The Israeli did not play in the last 9 close minutes of the game, but saw his teammates win the away game and improve their balance to 18:12 (against the Nuggets' 15:17).

Washington, it will be recalled, started the season in a very bad way, was with the worst balance in the league, but has recently recovered, precisely when Abdia loses confidence, after having already lost its place in the top five.

This morning Abdia continued at his low output, and was no longer part of Washington's offense.

The Israeli finished with 0 points in the previous game against the Clippers, and although he enjoyed 8 points against the Lakers and filled a few beautiful moments, in fact in the last six games of the Wizards he scored a total of only 20 points.

Tonight he threw to the basket only once when he scored a layup in the third quarter, and in fact during the game seemed a little insecure, when in shooting situations he preferred to pass rather than throw.

Leading the Washington scoring again was Bradley Bill, who finished with 33 points (10 of 19 from the field, 11 of 11 from the penalty spot).

Roy Hachimura also excelled with 20 points on 9 of 16 from the field, Russell Westbrook managed to finish with another triple double when he scored 16, input 10 and split 10 (although he finished with only 6 of 17 from the field and 5 turnovers), Raul Neto was very active with 15 points, Garrison Matthews scored 6 of his own, Mo Wagner scored for the Wizards, and as mentioned of all the ten players who shared tonight in the Washington uniform Abdia took the fewest shots.

Washington was already leading at 12 in the second quarter, but Denver came back, and the game was close throughout the second half.

9:07 minutes before the end the Nuggets went up to a 93:97 advantage, Abdia was replaced, and did not return to the floor, and his teammates completed a makeover and returned nicely to the game.

Although Washington did not manage to score in the last 1: 57 minutes, but kept the advantage, when at the last second the Argentine Pekondo Campasso missed a three-pointer attempt that could have been decisive.

Nikola Jokic scored 24 points and recorded 11 rebounds (7 assists), Jamal Marie was excellent with 34 points (6 of 11 from three, 6 rebounds, 6 assists), but the Nuggets suffered a fourth loss in their last two games.
