Al-Karama, Al-Ittihad, Al-Wehda and Al-Galaa teams defeated Al-Thawrah, Al-Wathba, Al-Yarmouk and Al-Nawa'ir in the first week of the second leg of the men's basketball league.
In the match that was held in Al-Faiha Hall in Damascus, Al-Karamah defeated Al-Thawra with a score of 88/58 points, as Al-Karamah advanced in the first, second and fourth quarters by 21/17 points, 27/18 points and 22/4 points, while the third quarter came in favor of the revolution 19/18 points.
Al-Ittihad beat Al-Wathba with a score of 97/87 points in the match that was held in the Homs hall. The first quarter ended in favor of Al-Wathba 30/21 points, while Al-Ittihad outperformed in the second 22/19 points, tying in the third 21/21 points, to come fourth in the interest of Al-Ittihad 33/17 points.
Al-Galaa defeated the water wheels with a score of 60/54 points during their meeting in Hama hall, where in the first quarter only the waterwheels advanced 20/17 points, while the evacuation settled the remaining three quarters in his favor 8/10, 10/16 and 17/16.
As for the match that brought Al-Wehda and Yarmouk in Al-Faiha Hall in Damascus, Al-Wehda won 75/63 points after Al-Wehda advanced in the first and fourth quarters 25/14 and 12/13, while the second and third quarters were in favor of Yarmouk 20/16 and 13/12.
The competitions of this round are concluded today with the Al-Hurriya and Al-Arabiya matches with Al-Tale'a in the Al-Assad Hall in Aleppo, with the second round of matches starting next Thursday and continuing for three days.
