The Roland Garros Iga champion at Biotech today (Saturday) won the second title of her career in the Adelaide tournament after beating Belinda Bencic 2: 6, 2: 6 after 62 minutes.
That Biontech finished the game with 22 winners compared to only 6 uncommitted errors, 3 in each of the systems.
The Pole won 20 of the 22 points behind her first submissions and in total lost only six points behind her submissions when she was not taken at all to equal even in the submission games.
That the excellent Biontech did not even drop a battle on the way to the title, just as it did when it won the Roland Garros last October.
In Paris she dropped 28 games on the way to the title (4 on average per game) and this week she dropped 22 games in five games (4.4 per game).
Thanks to the win, it will rise to a record ranking of 15 in the world.
"I feel very good on the pitch," said Biontek after the win, "it's a result of hard work and then I feel it manifests. Not one-time or accidental. "
