Maccabi Tel Aviv came to the hall in Eilat with a streak of seven league victories with a cumulative difference of almost 200 points - all in the hands of Eliyahu.

Catching Maccabi only 48 hours after playing in Munich and with her head down is an opportunity.

Eilat knew how to take it and Ariel Beit Halachmi continued his tradition of victories over Maccabi.

It was a lesson on how to play in a short roster.

Joaquin Schuchman and Tzof Ben Moshe were absent due to injury and Eilat was left with only 7 players - six of them finished with a double-digit number of points.

Above them all stood out Josh Nibo who recorded dunk after dunk on the heads of Maccabi players and Joe Ragland who delivered 13 assists.

Maccabi paid a high price for not really appearing in the first half, in which they absorbed 52 points, during which Eilat rose to 18 points (29:47).

In the second half there was an improvement, but it was not enough.

Points for optimism that Maccabi can still take from the game: Omri Caspi, who returned on Thursday after a month and a half, was very good and Andrea Zizic, like in Munich, was the most dominant offensively (20 by 80 percent) and on the rebound (11).
