The first leg of the women's volleyball clubs' first-class volleyball league began with the participation of eleven clubs at the Al-Assad Sports City stadiums in Lattakia.
The teams participating in the tournament were divided into two groups, the first comprising the teams of Tildra, Hateen, Husayn al-Bahr, Salkhad, Mahrada, and Dairatiya, and the second group, Salamiyya, Golan, al-Soda, al-Haffah and al-Police.
The results of the first day resulted in Tildra's victory over Deir Atiyah by three clean runs and Hattin on Salkhad by three games against two and Mardah on Haseen al-Bahr by three games for one.
To calculate the second group, Salamiya and Al-Soda defeated the Golan and Al-Haffah with the same score, three games without a response.
