Tishreen Hall in Damascus will host a camp and an international tournament, the Wrestling Fulfillment Course on the twelfth of next month, with wide Arab and international participation.
The president of the wrestling federation, Muhammad Nur Al-Ali, said in a statement to SANA .. “All necessary preparations are being taken to exit a session at a high level of organization and hosting,” indicating that the federation has sent invitations to several countries and there are daily correspondence with the national federations of the game that have expressed their desire Initial participation to determine the number of participants and to view some details related to the tournament and the joint training camp.
Al-Ali explained that this tournament will bring great benefits to the game in general and the national teams in particular, as it will be an opportunity for the largest number of our players and cadres to interact with different schools and experiences, especially as it comes after a long break from foreign participation due to the Corona pandemic, which has suspended all international tournaments.
It is noteworthy that the national team continues its internal camp in the Tishreen Hall in preparation for the tournament and the external entitlements, with the participation of 22 men and youth groups, under the supervision of coaches Alexander Dobrovsky, Nawzat Al-Saleh, Adnan Al-Hayek, Basem Shteiwi and Firas Al-Rifai.
