The director of the football leagues announced today (Sunday) that its management committee has decided to recommend the establishment of the director's digital broadcasting platform for broadcasting Israeli football games directly to fans, anywhere and on any screen.
The idea of setting up the platform in question has been on the principal's table for a long time, but is now becoming more relevant, given that no broadcaster entered the principal's last broadcast rights tender, which ended last week, and accordingly the principal decided to take up the gauntlet.
The members of the board of directors who voted in favor of the idea are Erez Kalfon, Yaakov Shachak, Barak Abramov, Zeev Greenberg, and Gil Baram Manof Hagalil.
