President al-Assad said in the message: Sports brothers and sisters .. President al-Assad added: I congratulate you for the positive results that you honor yourselves, your families, your coaches, and your country, which is proud of you .. And if we are all Syrians, we always look forward to raising the heroes and heroines of our national teams the name of Syria high, for sport has another aspect other than competing ... and achieving victories .. President al-Assad continued: You, as individuals who enjoy a sound physical and mental build up, are entrusted with you to contribute to building and fortifying society .. President Al-Assad said: Although many years have passed and we are subjected to terror, destruction, siege and sanctions, our athletes have continued their march as all the children of the Syrian Arab people who have defied the conditions of war and siege .. and have pursued both in his field of work with limited capabilities caused by this unjust war .. the Syrian sport It was present in all forums despite the terrorism that targeted the pioneers and heroes of sports .. and the destruction and sabotage that affected the infrastructure of this sector ..
