After five losses in the last six league rounds, Tottenham managed to come back to win tonight (Sunday) with a home and crushing 0: 4 against Burnley.
Harry Kane (15) and Lucas Moreh (31) scored, but the one who stole the headlines was Gareth Bale, who found the net twice (2 and 55) and cooked up Kane’s goal.
Bale has been directly involved in seven goals in his last four appearances for Tottenham (four conquests and three assists).

Bale
said after the game: "The most important thing is that we knew we were not in momentum and we had to come back to win. It's not that the only thing that matters to me in the game is to win, what matters is the team game and my help to the team. I am happy with goals and cooking and everything I can contribute to the team. "I'm happy all season. In the locker room I feel relaxed and have fun. I'm happy and I'm convinced it can be seen on the pitch as well. I was not disappointed to be replaced. There are many more games in the near future."
Jose Mourinho
also
complimented Bale and said: "I am very happy for him and very happy for the team because she needs Bale's talent. I am happy for him because he is quiet, does not talk much, does not watch, read or listen to everything he had when he was at Real Madrid. And he ignores it. I'm glad that when he's as fit as he is today, his level is very high, not only in scoring goals, changing rhythms and moving forward. I'm very happy for him. We know the qualities he has. I do not want to say he came back 100% We don't need Gareth Bale from a few or six years ago, that player was not here but at Real Madrid. He wins duels and you saw his speed. It's the best bale we've had this season, he's full of confidence, he's in good shape, no. "He feels bad because of injuries. His left leg will always remain on his left foot, but there are other things he was unable to do three or four months ago. Gareth is a child of the club and it is very important to him to make the fans happy."
