Made official this Monday, the departure of Julien Stéphan from Stade Rennais appears like an earthquake on the planet of football.
A sudden departure 16 months from the end of his lease which should cost the Breton club nothing.
According to Nicolas Holveck, president of Stade Rennais, Julien Stéphan said he will not claim any compensation from his former club.
Julien Stéphan is leaving the Stade Rennais bench he had occupied since December 2018.
