The "Barcelona Gate" affair is branching out.
Barcelona police raided the club's offices today (Monday), confiscated many documents and immediately afterwards arrested all members of the club's administrative backbone until recently, who resigned from her position at the club in the midst of the storm.
Infamous President Joseph Maria Bartomeu was arrested in the afternoon, and at the same time Oscar Grau, who served as its CEO, and Roman Gomes, who provided him with legal advice, and other former executives, were also arrested.
The plot gets complicated.

Meanwhile, Barcelona is encouraged by the signs of recovery that the team has been discovering recently.
The Catalan media reported this morning following the 0: 2 victory over Sevilla yesterday that "Barcelona is still in the championship picture and winning the Champions League", claiming that the team has found a way to play Leo Messi, after long months in which the flea seems to have to do everything alone.
At the same time, the winds from the last game are still stormy.
As you may recall, Sevilla claimed during the game that Leo Messi took advantage of a second yellow and red after a foul on Jules Conde, and at the end made claims to the referee.
This morning, Spanish media revealed documentation of Sevilla's sporting director appearing angry at the referee's decision and shouting at him from the stands that "Messi is getting discounts."
In addition, Monchi is heard attacking Ronald Koeman and shouting at him: "A crying baby! His incessant talk with the judges influences their decisions."

Meanwhile, although the recent results have boosted renewed hopes regarding the current season, Barcelona are also preparing for the next season.
The one who is expected to join the team with or without the identity of the next president to be elected in the upcoming elections is the young Spanish defender Eric Garcia.
Last night, Pep Guardiola, who coaches Garcia at Manchester City, commented on the possibility that the player will move to Barcelona in the summer and sounds pretty determined.
"He is going to play for Barcelona. It is a justified move. Barcelona is not acquiring mediocre players, but from France only players from the world top. Eric is a talent that meets these definitions," he said.
