Transcendence at the last minute.

Washington continues to display improved ability, but this time it has suffered from bad luck.
The Wizards surrendered tonight (Sunday to Monday) 111: 110 to Boston, in a game that slipped through their fingers after a dramatic finish.
45 seconds to go, the Wizards still led by five points and looked on course for victory.
But then came the great transcendence of Jason Taitum and a string of Washington mistakes that helped the Celtics complete a makeover.
Taitum scored the winning basket 4.7 seconds to go, and Bradley Bill finished a fantastically personal evening disappointingly with the miss on the buzzer with a hard shot, in front of a double save from the opponent.
Earlier, the NBA's king of baskets, who sniped no less than 46 points, recorded a crucial ball loss that gave the Celtics the chance to win.
For Danny Abdia, it was a game that reflected a further decline in his eroding status.
The Israeli rookie once again got off the bench, once again got into an offense problem when he scored three of those in seven minutes in the first half, and since then has not been returned to the floor by Scott Brooks, who preferred to give credit to other players in his position.
Abdia finished his 7 minutes without points, with one shot from the field, a rebound and a steal, again struggling on defense and again not felt on offense.

The game was close at most stages.
Bill quickly took matters into his own hands and set the tone in the first half, but Taitum, Kamba Walker and Daniel Theis gave him and Russell Westbrook a fight and the score remained close.
Three minutes to go, the Wizards opened up an 8-point lead, but that wasn’t enough.
Bill finished with 46 points (16 of 29 from the field) and added 7 rebounds, but Washington suffered an 11th straight loss in games in which he went up 40 and above.
Russell Westbrook added 24, 11 rebounds and 4 assists, Davis Bartans contributed 20 and Robin Lopez also reached double digits with 10. On the other hand, Jason Taitum made up for the absence of the injured Jaylen Brown with 31 points and 8 rebounds, while Kamba Walker (21 and 8 assists) and Daniel Theis (20 and 9 rebounds) assist him.
The Wizards and Abdia will try to recover and get back on the winning track on Tuesday night against Memphis.
