Gioran Weinblad is an amateur runner and a polished YouTuber.

Its format is fixed and very successful.

Every so often he follows the training routine of another successful Olympic runner - from diet, through a training program, stretching and strength exercises - and tries to perform such a challenging training day on his own.

To date, Weinblad's most successful video in terms of views is the one he uploaded ten months ago.

In the video in question Weinblad gets up in the morning, eats two toasts, goes out for a high-intensity workout, returns, rests, goes out for another workout at an even higher intensity, then collapses on the treadmill and concludes: "It's not easy being Ingbridge."

Ingbrigtsen is the royal family of Norwegian running.

Big brother Henrik (29) was European champion in the 1,500 meters in 2012, middle brother Philip won the title at the same distance in 2016 and was world runner-up in 2017, and there is also a little sister, Ingrid (15), who has a great future ahead of her.

But, above all the Ingbridge brothers, there is the little brother, Jacob.

Two weeks ago, the 20-year-old runner broke the European record in the 1,500 meters in the hall when he set 3:31:30 minutes, and for the European Championships in the hall that will open this weekend in Poland, he will arrive with the following resume: European 1,500 and 5,000 meters, European runner-up In the hall at 1,500 and the European champion in the hall at 3,000, the junior world champion at 1,500 and one of three runners in the historic top 10 at three different distances (1,500, 3,000, 5,000).

The other two are Hisham al-Garouz and Nordin Morsley.

"My dream is to be the best runner I can be," Jakub said ahead of the championship in the Polish city of Torun, "to run the fastest and win the most. I would not be 100 percent satisfied if I could not be the fastest runner ever."

"Professional since I was born"

There is probably no single exclusive way to produce champions, but there is the way of Geert Ingbrigtsen.

While this is not the first dad to raise a trio of champion runners.

Belgian Jacques Burla turned his three sons - Kevin, Jonathan and Dylan - into gifted 400-meter runners, but he was a former runner with rich experience in the field.

Father Ingbrigtsen, on the other hand, was a clown.

He never ran or trained, and gained his knowledge over the years.

At first, according to studies, the brothers practiced far fewer lecturers their age around the world, and only when they reached the age of 17-16 did the distances increase and the intensity increased.

As a result, the big brothers allowed themselves to engage in other sports such as skiing and cycling, and only when they became professionals did they focus solely on running.

Jacob, on the other hand, was born into the orbit and into endless competition.

"I've been a professional runner since I was born," he admitted in an interview, "in our family it's all competition. I don't think running is our passion at all - it's the victory."

Jacob first demonstrated this passion at the European Under-20 Championships in 2017.

He was only 16 when he reached the starting line for the 1,500 meters, and after stumbling in one lap he finished only in eighth place.

By the end of the week he had already won gold in the 5,000-meter and 3,000-meter hurdles, and yet he concluded the competition as a huge failure: "It was nice to win two gold medals, but I wanted three."

A year later he set himself the goal of correcting the impression at the European Senior Championships, and although the father had some doubts about this ambition, Jacob won gold in both the 1,500 and 5,000.

At 17, he completed a double and became the most senior brother.

In 2019, Jacob added gold and silver at the European Indoor Championships, while at the World Championships in Doha he finished fourth in the 1,500 meters and fifth in the 5,000.

On the way to history

The world of the Ingbridge brigades in 2020 was also shaken.

Everything is documented in the "Buzagloss" reality show.

After some deliberation, the family traveled to Spain to train at altitude, when the schedule was a competition in France in February, from there to the European Championships, then to prepare for Tokyo - if and when. So it turned out that Jacob opened 2021 just two weeks ago, in Leibin, France. - 1,500 meters in the hall with the fifth best result in history.

"I'm in the market," the father admitted, "Jacob took another step on the way to heaven."

At the European Championships, Norway will have the opportunity to take another step on the way there, competing in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters and trying to finally take over the continent.

Then, with the help of the family, he will be able to continue to take over the world as well.
