Zenit - Real Madrid 75:71

After the embarrassing loss against the weak Moscow Khimki, Real Madrid achieved a very important victory against the strong Zenit and overtook it in the close battle for the playoffs.

It was a very fickle game in which Real flew to 13:24 in the first quarter and led safely in the first half, but Zenit responded with 14:29 in the third quarter and came back to lead.

But Tabares led the Blancos to victory with an excellent fourth quarter of 13:23 for the visitors.
