The successor to Holger Seitz at FC Bayern seems more difficult than expected.
The two possible candidates apparently no longer want to work together in the future.
Munich - Holger Seitz will return to the management of the youth training center (NLZ) this summer and will be relinquishing his position as head coach of the U23s.
The 46-year-old's return to the second team's bench last summer was limited to one year at the beginning.

The promotion coach even had to be persuaded by Jochen Sauer and Hasan Salihamidzic after FC Bayern could not find an adequate replacement for Sebastian Hoeneß, who had moved to Hoffenheim.
So far it looked like the two U19 coaches Martin Demichelis and Danny Schwarz would take over the helm at the reserves.
But NLZ director Sauer recently announced that the promotion of the coaching duo is not yet dry.
According to a report by Sport1, which coincides with the information from Münchner Merkurs and tz, it will not come to that either.
Demichelis and Schwarz want to emancipate themselves and go their own instead of common paths in the future.
That could become a problem with the successor to the U23 if Sauer and Salihamidzic cannot prove themselves again as persuasers.
FC Bayern: Martin does not have the required trainer license for the 3rd division
The Argentine ex-international does not have a football instructor's license or a UEFA Pro license.
He will not be able to do this anytime soon, at least not in Germany after the DFB will not offer a course in the coming season due to restructuring measures.
Demichelis would either have to get the coaching license in another country or he would need an "assistant" who can show the required license.
Schwarz is expected to receive this in a few weeks.
Together with Miroslav Klose and Danny Galm, who comes from TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, he is a participant in the current course in Bad Hennef.
It is doubtful that Klose or Galm are the former defensive player's shadow man.
The World Cup record scorer is already planned for Hansi Flick's coaching staff, Galm is supposed to take over the U19s from Demichelis and Schwarz.
