Summoned.
Bernard Laporte, the president of the French Rugby Federation (FFR) is summoned to come and explain himself to his supervising ministers.
He will be received this Friday morning at 8 am by Jean-Michel Blanquer, Minister of National Education (on which Sports depend), and Roxana Maracineanu, Minister responsible for Sports.
The ministers and the president of the FFR will speak publicly in the wake.
The object of this summons is of course the case of the contamination of 17 people by the Covid within the XV of France (12 players and 5 members of the staff), including the coach Fabien Galthié and the captain Charles Ollivon .
The FFR is accused of not having enforced the health protocol around the France team.
A protocol validated by the ministry to authorize the holding of the Six Nations Tournament.
The bubble finally burst, causing the postponement of the France-Scotland match scheduled for February 28.
Blamed for having left the health bubble, coach Fabien Galthié was finally cleared by a report unveiled Wednesday and written by two epidemiologists, Roger Salamon and Eric Caumes.
“Fabien Galthié is not patient zero,” they say.

This report was sent on Wednesday to the Minister for Sports.
She wanted to make sure that protocol had been followed.
A "technical meeting" took place this Thursday between the teams of the ministry and the Federation.
The conclusions will therefore be announced collectively this Friday morning.
