The ex-professional is moving from TSG Hoffenheim to Munich, where he has worked in the youth field for the past five years.

Because painful hits have occurred in the past, players have been badly hit in the back or face, the coach reacts harshly and consistently and imposes thirty euros per violation.
"I have simple rules that you can understand with common sense," says Galm.
"And if you don't want to understand it, you just have to pay."
The amount of money that is collected in this way is not used under Galm's direction to organize a fun team evening at the end of the season.
