Real Madrid announced that its captain, Sergio Ramos, has given a deadline to determine his position on renewing his contract with the team.
The club stated on its official website that it had set a date until the end of this March for Ramos to settle whether or not to renew his contract with the team to inform the team management of his final decision so that he could find a replacement for him in the upcoming summer transfer period.
Ramos' contract with Real Madrid expires at the end of the 2020-2021 season and he can leave the team for free.
