The return stage competitions began in the basketball league for first-class clubs for the women's category, with the participation of Qassioun, Al-Galaa, Al-Thawra, Al-Wehda, Al-Orouba, Al-Ittihad, Al-Sahel, Al-Hurriya and Al-Ashrafiya teams.
In the first round of this stage, Al-Ittihad won over Ashrafieh by 60-48 points, after Ashrafieh advanced in the first quarter 13-18 points, while the two teams drew 13-13 points in the second quarter, and Al-Ittihad decided the second and third quarters in its favor by 20-11 points and 14-6 points.
Al-Thawra also defeated Al-Hurriya with a score of 83-54 points, after outperforming all quarters by 21-17 points, 11-18 points, 24-10 points, and 20-6 points, as well as al-Jalaa on the coast 82-51 points, where the first quarter came in favor of the coast 20-19 points. The other three quarters ended in the interest of Al-Jalaa by 21-14 points, 7-25 points, and 10-10 points.
Al-Orouba won over Tishreen with a score of 62-57 points, noting that the first quarter ended with a lead of Al-Oroba 18-13 points and a tie by the second 8-8 points, and returned to lead Tishreen in the third 15-14 points 15-14 points.
