For this year's Maccabi Tel Aviv, everything is going hard.
Even against Hapoel Tel Aviv - one of the weakest teams in the league that has won only three times this season - it trailed by 16 points tonight (Sunday) before coming back in the last 15 minutes and came out with a dramatic 77:80 thanks to the tremendous ability of Chris Jones in the second half ( 20 points out of 26 in the entire game).
The Reds look better in the last two games mainly thanks to Yam Madar, the Israeli who excels in the league, but at the bottom they count victories and do not consider ability. In the last three days they have twice lost a double-digit advantage, and at this rate Danny Franco and his players will be embroiled in relegation struggles until the last minute.
