Manchester United announced today the absence of its Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani from facing Manchester City in the Premier League due to injury.
The club said in a statement on its official website that Cavani had suffered a new setback, which made his coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remove him from his accounts in the next match with Manchester City.
Cavani missed four matches due to a muscle injury, but participated in the team's draw against Crystal Palace on Wednesday.
