The chess tournament for the category of 14 years and below, which was established by the Technical Committee for the Game in cooperation with the Executive Committee of the Sports Federation Branch in Daraa, has concluded with the participation of most of the governorate's clubs.
And the first place in the category of 6 to 8 years was achieved by Muhammad Ayman Turk (Tafas Club), followed by Tariq Channel (Jabab Club), then Abd al-Rahman Bedaiwi (Daraa Club) and in the category of 10 to 12 years, Abd al-Rahman Murhaf al-Masalmeh (Tafas Club) followed by Majd Khaled al-Qarra (Club Daraa), then Khaled Omar Al-Juhmani (Tafas Club), and in the category (from 12 to 14) years old, Ahmed Maher Al-Nassar (Al-Sanamayn Club), followed by Malik Mahmoud Zureikat (Tafas Club), then Rita Khaled Qurah (Daraa Club).
Head of the Sports Federation branch, Muhammad Al-Juhmani, confirmed in a statement to SANA that the tournament was characterized by club and competition, and the distinguished were able to win over their peers, expressing his hope for achieving good results for the game of chess locally and abroad.
