Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality Celebrates International Women's Day (Tel Aviv Municipality)

The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality marks Women's Week, which deals with gender equality, and will hold a number of sports activities on March 13-7 as part of "in full exclusion" events:

* Female Dragon Boat Cruises - The cruise is open to 60 women to allow them a taste of sports and expose them To the stories of the "pink lionesses" - a group of women striving for life and for awareness of breast cancer.

* Women's race - 5 km run from Gordon Pool along the Tel Aviv promenade. The first 150 participants will receive a draped shirt and at the end of the run the participants will enjoy a glass of beer / free wine.

* Self-defense workshop for girls - led by Adi Rotem, Thai boxing champion, Former.

* Lecture - The personal story of judoka Shira Rishoni.

* Stand still - an exhibition by photographer Alma from the Kaz Conference documenting women's football. An exhibition that was set up in Jerusalem in December 2020 and was vandalized.
