Italian club Napoli announced the injury of its Algerian star, Faouzi Gholam, during the team's meeting with Bologna in the Italian League competitions.
The club stated in a statement on its official website that the left-back Ghulam left the stadium in the 22nd minute due to his injury to his knee ligaments, and he will be absent from the stadium for several months.
The 30-year-old's injury, which is the second in the cruciate ligament, comes at a time when the team suffers from weakness on the defensive level.
