NBA champions Brooklyn Nets have announced that Blake Griffin has joined their ranks after the latter's departure from the Detroit Pistons.
Nets General Manager Sean Marks said in a statement, "Blake is a player with multiple potentials and a proven track record of success and we are excited to see the impact he will have for us in Brooklyn."
The 32-year-old Griffin played 642 games over 11 seasons in the league with the Los Angeles Clippers and the Detroit Pistons, scoring an average of 21.4 points per game.
