UEFA is considering a revolution in transfer policy - which will directly affect the big stars in world football. .
Under the proposal, starting in the summer of 2024 teams participating in the Champions League will not be able to exchange players between themselves as part of acquisition deals, and players will only be able to switch between these teams as free agents.
The proposal, promoted by the European Club Organization, is intended to prevent huge losses incurred by some of the teams that have acquired from other major teams on a continental scale on a global scale.

"Our proposal is that it will only be possible to acquire players from more negligible leagues. Within the Champions League, it will not be possible to acquire players," Aneili said today (Tuesday).
Of course such a move could directly affect some of the big stars of world football, led by Arling Holland and Killian Ambape who are being returned by the industry's wealth.
The Netherlands, for example, will sign for Borussia Dortmund until the summer of 2024. If the offer is accepted and enters into force (according to other reports, it may take effect before the 2024 deadline), it will only be able to move that summer to one of the larger teams that desire it.
