It's no secret that outlines the return of the crowd to the pitches, encountering non-cooperation on the part of some of the teams' fan organizations.

And this time it is the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans' organization, "Maccabi Fanatics", which announced tonight (Tuesday) that its members will not return to the Bloomfield stands in light of the fact that the outline allows only 1,500 spectators to return to a stadium with 30,000 seats.

The fan organization's Facebook page stated: "Like any football fan whose love has been taken from him, we too have received the manager's message with mixed feelings. On the one hand, we are all dying to come back to cheer on our team that so desperately needs us at critical moments of the season. One can ignore the irrationality of the decisions made and the detachment of politicians and officials from the thing that is most important to us in life, football.

"The decision to put 1,500 people in an open stadium that can hold 30,000 is an unfortunate decision by disconnected people, which is not based on any serious research and most importantly it was made by people who have never been to a football game!

"The only purpose of the outline is to mark V and produce a false image that 'brought' the crowd back to the pitches. Anyone who has been to the stadium in his life knows that scattering 1,500 people in Bloomfield, Sami Ofer or Teddy is like treating cancer with paracetamol.

In the current outline, the organization can easily take care of itself and its people, position itself as 'more important' than the rest of the fans and decide that we will enter without thinking about our brothers in the stands.

"These are not the values we grew up with at Gate 11. We are not ready to worry only about ourselves. As the leading organization in the Maccabi Tel Aviv stands, we have a responsibility on our shoulders, so we are not ready to enter the stands as only 1,500 fans are allowed, and we will continue to fight outside the stadium. Until the decision makers understand that we cannot be silenced by merely symbolic actions.

It is clear to us that the morbidity situation does not allow us to return to a full routine, and we are not shouting "all or nothing" here, but demanding a logical approach, based on data and understanding the structure of football stadiums.

We will not agree to the detached decisions of people who have never been to the stadium. "
