A top meeting between two teams that still covet the first place at the end of the regular season.
CSKA come to this game beaten and bruised after snatching their biggest defeat ever at the factory with 100: 70 against Anadolu Efes. Milan on the other hand worked hard, but defeated Zalgiris 60:64 away and are in a good position to take at least second place. The previous between the two provided drama and a thriller in which the Russians won 87:91 in Italy.

Another chapter in the rivalry between Spain's two big teams will be recorded on Thursday, with the Blancos trying to win both to close the gap from the leader and also to try to avenge it on the losses in the Cup final and also in the previous meeting in the Euroleague.
While Barcelona enjoy an almost full squad, the Blancos will once again lack key players like Sergio Yui, Rudy Fernandez and possibly also Trey Tompkins who excelled in the previous encounter with 14 points.
