Contested under a downpour, the first quinté of the year on the racecourse of Saint-Cloud (Hauts-de-Seine) brought together sixteen competitors, aged 4 to 7, for a journey of 2,000 m in soft ground.

Quickly well placed in the leading group, Cristian Demuro's partner got the better of his opponents, at mid-stretch, before winning easily, winning the fifth success of his career.
