San Antonio continues to rebuild itself.
Greg Popovich announced tonight (Wednesday-Thursday), just before the game against Dallas, that Marcus Aldridge will no longer take part in the team's activities, and that he is expected to trade soon.
The experienced inside player who joined the Spurs in 2015, is being returned by some of the top teams in the league including the Los Angeles Lakers, and he hopes that at 35, with his peak already behind him, he can find a team competing for the championship.
In the game itself San Antonio lost 115: 104 to the Mavericks, who came back from the All-Star lag from the same point where they were stopped.
Luka Doncic provided a triple-double of the eighth of the season and finished with 22 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists, Kristaps Forzingis was very good with 28 and 14 rebounds, and an escape in the final quarter set up a fourth straight win, which lifted the Mavericks to a 16:19 balance.

On the other hand, the Spurs, who suffered a third loss in the last four games and went down to 15:18, got another good game from Damar Drusen who sniped 30 points and added 11 assists, but not much more than that.
Patty Mills added 14.
