The main meeting in the eighth finals of the State Cup meets tonight (Tuesday) between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Haifa.

The two teams met twice this season in the league when in both cases the champion's hand was on top with a dramatic 3: 4 in the first round and 0: 2 in Haifa a little less than two weeks ago.

Throughout Mitch Goldhaar's tenure, Maccabi Tel Aviv won only one state cup in 2015 with the treble achieved under coach Paco Eastern.

Tal Ben Haim, who was yellowed in the last league game, was placed in the offensive part of Maccabi Tel Aviv alongside Elon Almog and Nick Blackman.

Matan Balteksa got the credit in the back, Enrique Sborit, Dan Bitton, Avi Rikan and Itai Schechter waiting on the bench.

The Reds from Carmel lost in the last round all chances to advance to the top six and the top playoffs at the end of the second round, and come in a streak of three games without a win.

Striker William Agada is not at the disposal of the professional team due to a suspension following yellow cards, Alon Turgeman has been placed on the sidelines.
