Today, Real Madrid defeated its host Celta Vigo by three goals to one at Pallaidos Stadium in the 28th round of the Spanish Football League.

Real Madrid achieved its second victory in a row after two consecutive draws and raised its tally to 60 points and advanced to second place in the league standings, surpassing its traditional rivals Barcelona by one point, on the other hand, Celta Figo's balance stopped at 34 points and occupies the eleventh place on the ladder of the Spanish league standings.
